In his latest post, the film’s co-producer Binoy Gandhi stirred got fans excited for the film when he posted a BTS clip of himself standing against huge war tanks on the film’s set. “Just a normal day at the office nowadays!! @nidhiduttaofficial Only you! #border2 #recce,” the post was captioned.
After the post, several fans took to the comments section, with one saying, “Wow That’s Super Cool Shot….what an experience “, another user said, “The Blockbuster of the Century is coming up.Border 2”.
Earlier, reports on Pinkvilla claimed that the film will go on floors from November 25 in North India. A source close to the project also revealed that pre-production work on the film has been on for nearly a year. The film is set to begin shooting soon.
Director Anurag Singh and his team are set to head out to various possible locations to do a recce next week. It has been reported that places in Jammu and Srinagar have been chosen for the shoot. The film will be shot at real locations near the Indian border to give it an authentic feel.
‘Border 2’, a sequel to the 1997 film, is aiming for a Republic Day 2026 release.
