Shriya Pilgaonkar remembers going to a birthday celebration to earn money: ‘I judged myself’ | Hindi Movie News – Times of India


Actress, director and producer Shriya Pilgaonkar, who shot to fame after working in the web series such as ‘Mirzapur’, ‘Guilty Minds’ and ‘Taaza Khabar’, recalled the most embarrassing moment of her life.
Shriya Pilgaonkar disclosed her most embarrassing moment was when she attended a stranger’s birthday party for money. She sared, “Something maybe embarrassing that I did because the money was really good was attending a stranger’s birthday party.Which now when I look back I wonder, but I was convinced that this young kid was a fan. Now when I look back I realise it was the father who was the fan and not the kid.”
She added, “You know they convinced me to come, and I mean like I judged myself for the money. but hey come on, you cannot judge anyone for making money. The kid was very young, which is why I was brought into that party. But I am like this 10 year old has clearly not watched any of my shows. But yeah whatever.”
On the work front, Shriya Pilgaonkar’s latest web series ‘Taaza Khabar’ (Season 2) was released on an OTT platform on September 26, 2024. It also stars famous YouTuber Bhuvan Bam. She will be next seen in the film ‘Navra Maza Navsacha 2’, featuring her parents — actress Supriya Pilgaonkar and actor Sachin Pilgaonkar.
