About 2 days ago, the premiere day collection was at US $ 581,152 ( Rs 4.88 crore ) and in the last 2 days the collection has jumped by over 21 % to reach US $ 704,844 ( Rs 5.91 crore) by selling over 23000 tickets. Also there hasn’t been any major additions in screens or locations over the past few days which shows the hype for the film and love for NTR Jr.
With the trailer all set to release on 10th September, one can expect a major jump in not only collections, but also number of shows and theaters. The film also marks Saif Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor‘s Telugu debut. On Saif’s birthday, August 16th, the makers unveiled his first look as Bhaira.
A few months ago, it was revealed that Devara will be split into two parts. While Saif plays the villain in the first part, Bobby Deol is reportedly the antagonist in the second. The makers also released a new song called Devudi, which sees Janhvi matching step by step with NTR Jr, and the song has already become a rage on social media platforms with Shekar Master – the choreographer of the song also joining the bandwagon.
