Thane: The body of a newborn baby was abandoned on the premises of the Kalwa civic hospital, police said on Wednesday.A sanitation worker found the dead body in the garden behind the public toilet of the emergency ward on Tuesday morning, said an official.A case was registered against unidentified persons under section 94 (secretly burying or disposing of a dead body to conceal the birth) of the BNS, he said.
