Harmanpreet Singh and Gurjant Singh scored a goal each inside one minute in the third quarter to help India make a memorable comeback. The hosts were trailing 1-3 but the two quick goals helped them level the scores. Akashdeep Singh’s field goal in the final quarter put India in lead against Malaysia and eventually sealed the game for the side.
