Mumbai: Justice R M Joshi of the HC on Friday denied bail to Akhilendra Sureshsingh an accused in the Oct 2024 murder of ex state minister Baba Siddique. His counsel Satyavrath Joshi said no case was made, but Mahesh Mule for state and widow’s counsel Pradeep Gharat and Trivankumar Karnani said he was accused of harbouring main accused.
