Vikrant Massey REACTS to being called the next Shah Rukh Khan: ‘Comparing me to him is unfair’ | – Times of India

Vikrant Massey recently reacted to being called the next Shah Rukh Khan in the industry by a fan on social media.
In an interview with Bollywood Bubble, Vikrant expressed his gratitude when someone compared him to Shah Rukh Khan, acknowledging the compliment as a huge honor. While appreciative of the praise, he humbly pointed out the difference in their careers, with Shah Rukh Khan having worked for over 35 years, while Vikrant has been in the industry for only 10–12 years. He felt the comparison, though flattering, was unfair to the Bollywood icon.

Similar to Shah Rukh Khan, Vikrant Massey began his acting career in television before transitioning to films. He made his movie debut in Chhapaak alongside Deepika Padukone and later starred in Haseen Dillruba with Taapsee Pannu. In 2024, he has several high-profile projects lined up, including The Sabarmati Report, Phir Aayi Haseen Dillruba, Blackout, and Sector 3, all of which are highly anticipated by both fans and critics.

Meanwhile, SRK recently confirmed his return to high-octane action with a film titled King, directed by Sujoy Ghosh. The actor is gearing up for intense action sequences, making the film one of his most awaited releases. Additionally, there are talks of a potential collaboration with South superstar Thalapathy Vijay in a dual-hero project directed by Atlee, who previously worked with SRK on Jawan. The film is still in its early stages.
