Triptii Dimri faces fresh backlash for unprofessionalism after Jaipur event confirmation video; supporters come to her defense | Hindi Movie News – Times of India

Triptii Dimri, who recently rose to fame with Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal, has been facing criticism from women entrepreneurs after she missed a scheduled FICCI FLO event in Jaipur. Organizers accused her of taking an advance payment of Rs 5 lakh for her appearance and threatened to boycott her films, claiming she disrespected them. In response, Triptii’s team issued a statement saying she never committed to attending any events.
Adding to the controversy, a video surfaced showing Triptii confirming her participation at the event, which was shared by FICCI FLO’s official Instagram. In the video, she stated, “I am happy to confirm that I will be a part of the FICCI FLO event team Shakti, celebrating the strength and energy of women. Thank you, Ms. Raghushri Poddar, chairperson of FICCI FLO Jaipur chapter, for organizing this event. See you all tomorrow at 12 noon.”

After the video went public, social media users expressed their discontent with Triptii, labeling her and her team as unprofessional. One user commented, “Tripti and her team is so shameless. First they themselves confirm it now lying to save face. Such unprofessionalism shown by Tripti and her team.”
However, some defended Triptii, suggesting the organizers’ professionalism was also questionable. One defender remarked, “The professionalism of these women is 0, nahi aayi toh kya hua, spoiled the whole event ? And openly defaming another woman and calling yourself Nari Shakti?! Good for Tripti she skipped, who would wanna associate with these hooligans, Pesudo Feminist.”

Earlier, one organizer revealed they were told over the phone that Triptii would arrive shortly, but she ultimately did not show up. This led to disappointment and threats of legal action against the actress for not fulfilling her commitment. The organizers called for Jaipur to boycott both Triptii and her upcoming film, Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video.

Responding to the claims, Triptii’s team said in a statement, “During the ongoing promotional campaign for her film Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video, Triptii Dimri fully honoured her professional obligations, attending all scheduled events and sessions related to the film. Notably, she did not participate or commit to participate in any personal appearances or events beyond her promotional duties. It’s important to clarify that no additional fees or payments were accepted for her involvement in these activities. – Spokesperson to Ms Triptii Dimri.”
