Singham Again box office collection Day 25: Ajay Devgn starrer ends 3rd week with Rs 242 crore; introduces Rs 99 ticket offer for 5th weekend | – Times of India

Ajay Devgn‘s cop action film, Singham Again, continued its steady run at the box office as it concluded its fourth week with a total collection of Rs 242 crore.
Directed by Rohit Shetty, the film that had a stellar opening at the box office, saw a significant dip in numbers from its third week and noted a further decline in week 4. According to early estimates on sacnilk.com, the film earned an estimated Rs 50 lakh on its fourth Thursday.
The movie began its box office run on a high, earning an estimated Rs 173 crore nett in its first week. This was followed by a collection of Rs 47.5 crore on week two. It earned an estimated Rs 15.65 on week 3. Thursday’s collection now push the film’s estimated fourth-week total to Rs 6.54 crore. To keep up its momentum in its fifth weekend, the makers have introduced a limited-time ticket pricing strategy, offering tickets at Rs 99 to celebrate National Cinema Day on 29th November. This move aims to attract more viewers, with its lower-priced tickets.
As the film nears the end of its theatrical run, it remains to be seen whether it can keep up its momentum and close the gap between its budget and total box office collections.
The film will face more competition at the box office this weekend with the release of the Hollywood animated children’s film ‘Moana 2’ which releases worldwide on Friday, November 29.
