Rekha hugs Amitabh Bachchan’s grandson Agastya Nanda at Raj Kapoor’s 100th birth anniversary event; video goes viral | Hindi Movie News – Times of India


On the occasion of Raj Kapoor’s 100th birth anniversary celebrations, the Kapoor family held a huge event in the city to kickstart a film festival. This festival began from December 13 onwards and will go on till December 15 where 10 of the most memorable movies of Raj Kapoor will be showcased in different cities. To mark this occasion, a grand event took place on Friday night which was attended by the entire Kapoor family.
One saw Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Randhir Kapoor, Karisma Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan among others. Many other celebs from the industry also arrived for the celebrations. One saw Rekha, Kartik Aaryan, Rajkumar Hirani, Mahesh Bhatt, among many others. While all the red carpet moments caught everyone’s attention as the Kapoor family looked stunning in the best outfits, many other moments also have grabbed eyeballs. For instance a video has gone viral, in which Rekha can be seen hugging Amitabh Bachchan’s grandson Agastya Nanda and then very affectionately, she puts her hand on his cheek.
Agastya in turn, did a namaste to her after he hugged her. One saw Sikandar Kher as well in this vide. While the Bachchans were absent from the occasion and do not talk ever since Karisma and Abhishek broke up, Shweta Bachchan Nanda is very much a part of the Kapoor clan. Shweta is married to Nikhil Nanda who is the son of Ritu Nanda who was Raj Kapoor’s daughter. Hence, Shweta and her children Navya and Agastya are often seen hanging out with the Kapoors. So, Agastya was spotted at the celebrations.
