Rani Mukerji Radiates Devotion at Durga Puja 2023 in Juhu – Watch | – Times of India

The Durga Puja celebration is one of the festivities that sees Bollywood stars coming together from different walks of life. Especially the North Bombay Sarbojanin Durga Puja, in Juhu every year catches attention. This year also the pandal has seen many celebrities marking their presence, including Rani Mukerji, who is a vision to behold in her red and blue striped saree. However, it is not just her look that has caught everyone’s attention, but her pure devotion and respect for the culture.
In a video circulating on social media, one can see Rani Mukerji removing her footwear before entering the pandal. For the unversed, in Indian culture, it is a sign of respect to remove your footwear before entering a religious place. The actress followed the tradition and after removing her footwear, greeted everyone. Thereafter, she heads forward to meet Tanisha Mukerji and seek the blessings of Maa Durga. As the actress looks at the idol of the Goddess, she gets mesmerized. Immersed in devotion, she kept staring at the idols and then folded her hands to pay her homage.

Meanwhile, as we speak, pictures and videos from the pandal are flooding the social media. While Rani Mukerji’s saree and her face of fresh makeup are turning heads, Kajol’s simplicity is winning hearts. The ‘Dilwale’ actress is looking gorgeous in a plain saffron saree, with her hair tied in a bun. She wore a big bindi like a true Bengali diva and accessorized her look with a layered necklace. Joining her is her younger sister Tanisha, who wore a beautiful saree styled according to Bengali tradition. She wore gold jewelry to compliment her look and curled her hair for a perfect look.
Last but not least, the pandal is all things surreal. With larger-than-life idols of Maa Durga that stand tall as epitome of grace and power, the entire vibe is all things festive, surreal, and positive.
