in Chicago will give away more than a thousand free Chicago dogs. FIRE, the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression, is collaborating with the Chicago-style hot dog stand to provide 1,791 Chicago-style hot dogs in honor of the First Amendment’s passage in 1791.
