Kangana Ranaut House: Kangana Ranaut earns profit of Rs 12 crore from sale of Pali Hill bungalow – Exclusive | – Times of India

After months of speculation, Kangana Ranaut has finally sold off her palatial Pali Hill property. Back in August, ETimes has confirmed that brokers were actively involved in the sale of the bungalow and the actress has finally settled for a good deal.
According to documents accessed by ETimes, Kangana’s property has been sold for Rs 32 crore. Spread across three floors, with an area of 3075 sq feet, the bungalow came with car parking area of 565 sq feet.The sale was registered on September 7, with a stamp duty of Rs 1.92 crore. The Ready Reckoner Rate (govt market value) of the bungalow is Rs 16.75 crore. Kangana had bought this property in 2017 for Rs 20 crore and sold it on September 5 for Rs 32 crore, thus earning a profit of Rs 12 crore. This bungalow served as the office space for Kangana Ranaut’s ambitious production house, Manikarnia Films. The actress had often shared inside glimpses of her palatial property, which was done up with stylish interiors.
On the work front, Kangana Ranaut is gearing up for the release of her upcoming film , ‘Emergency’. This political saga was all set to hit the screens on September 6, but was delayed as it did not receive its certificate from the Central Board of Film Certification. Confirming the film’s delay, Kangana had shared on social media, “ith a heavy heart, I announce that my directorial Emergency has been postponed. We are still waiting for certification from the censor board. A new release date will be announced soon.” After announcing a few cuts and tweaks, the CBFC granted the film a U/A certificate.
