Ranbir Kapoor turned 42 today, celebrating the special day with his wife Alia Bhatt, daughter Raha Kapoor, mother Neetu Kapoor, and close industry friends. Among the well-wishers, Animal director Sandeep Reddy Vanga shared his admiration with a quirky birthday post.
He wrote, “Wishing my dear ⭐️Superstar-Actor friend, my disruptive partner, my creative crusader 😀, and the worlds most EXCEPTIONAL ARTIST Mr.Ranbir kapoor, a fantastic Happy birthday 🤗😘 Ranbir… may your day be as unforgettable as your performances 🌟⚡️🔥💥💫 #RanbirKapoorBirthday.”
On Saturday, September 28, Ranbir made the day memorable by greeting fans and paparazzi outside his Mumbai home. Dressed in a grey tracksuit and cap, he thanked everyone for their love and support with a big smile. The actor cut a birthday cake adorned with “Raha ke papa,” a sweet nod to his daughter Raha.
Alia Bhatt also took to Instagram to share heartwarming family photos, including one of Ranbir holding their daughter. She captioned it, “Sometimes all you need is a giant hug… & you make life feel like one… happy birthday baby.”

In addition to the celebrations, Ranbir launched his new brand, Arks, which appears to be related to fashion or lifestyle, though details remain limited. Arjun Kapoor and Karan Johar teased this new venture.
On the work front, Ranbir was last seen in Animal and will soon star in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love And War alongside Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal. He is also set to feature in Ramayana and the sequel to Animal, titled Animal Park.
