Aanand L Rai reveals Shah Rukh Khan can live on THIS one meal forever: ‘But if something is served with love…’ | – Times of India

Filmmaker Aanand L Rai recently opened up about his experience working with Shah Rukh Khan. Rai shared that SRK has a simple taste when it comes to food and spilled beans about his one favourite meal combination.
In an interview with Mukesh Chhabra, Aanand was shown a photo of himself and Shah Rukh Khan deep in conversation on the sets of Zero. Reflecting on the moment, Aanand shared that, despite their serious expressions, they were simply discussing their evening plans after the shoot.

Aanand went on to share more about Shah Rukh’s eating habits, mentioning that he could easily live on tandoori chicken, coffee, and one of his favourite beverages.

However, he added that if a dish is served with love, Shah Rukh would gladly eat anything.
In an earlier interview with The Guardian, Shah Rukh Khan shared how he spent his time during the pandemic. With limited options, he encouraged others to learn Italian cooking and stay fit. Taking his own advice, he focused on exercise, using the time to work on building his physique.

The Jawan actor also disclosed that he typically eats just one meal a day, not as part of intermittent fasting, but simply by personal choice. He added that he dedicates about half an hour each day to his gym routine.
On the work front, SRK is gearing up for Sujoy Ghosh‘s upcoming action-packed thriller, King. The film will feature him alongside his daughter Suhana Khan, Abhishek Bachchan, and Abhay Verma.
