Mumbai: Ninety specialised streetlight poles have been erected on a 2.5km stretch of Gorai beach in Borivli. The work had posed challenges as the irregular terrain made standard pole installation impractical, while continuous exposure to saline air increased corrosion risks. The work was carried out by Adani Electricity in coordination with BMC. TNN
