Alia Bhatt reveals daughter Raha loves dancing to ‘Naatu Naatu’ song | – Times of India


Alia Bhatt is gearing up for the release of her upcoming action thriller ‘Jigra‘, and she recently made a splash at a promotional event in Hyderabad. Joined by prominent figures like Samantha Ruth Prabhu, director Trivikram Srinivas, and actor Rana Daggubati, the Bollywood star spoke about her daughter Raha‘s love for the Academy Award-winning song “Naatu Naatu.”
Alia Bhatt made her Telugu debut with the blockbuster SS Rajamouli film, ‘RRR’ co-starring with Ram Charan and Jr NTR.One of the highlights of the movie was the “Naatu Naatu” song which hit the global charts.
During the event, the ‘Brahmastra’ actress revealed that her daughter Raha is a huge fan of the song and they play it daily at home. Raha enjoys dancing to it, making the song even more special for Alia.As per a Gulte report, she said, “One day, she found a clip of me dancing to Naatu Naatu at an awards function so she always insists that I dance as well. I just lean against some surface and do the trademark feet shifting step. This song is all the more special to me now.”
“Naatu Naatu” composed by MM Keeravani gained huge recognition as it celebrated the local heritage on a global platform.
Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt welcomed their baby daughter Raha on November 6, 2022.
Meanwhile, Alia Bhatt will be seen on the big screen soon on October 11, 2024, with ‘Jigra’. Directed by Vasan Bala, the plot of the film is about a sister who goes beyond limits to save her brother after he gets unlawfully imprisoned. The movie stars Vedang Raina playing Alia’s brother.
