Arijit Singh declares stage as ‘Temple,’ removes fan’s food during concert; Says, ‘I am sorry, you can’t put food here’ – Times of India

Arijit Singh was seen removing food from the stage during a recent concert as part of his international tour. A video captured a fan placing food on stage while he performed the title track of ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil‘. Noticing it, the singer picked up the food and handed it to his security team.
The singer expressed his apologies to the fan, stating that he cannot allow food on his stage because he views it as a temple.”I am sorry, this is my temple. You can’t put food here,” he said.

Arijit is currently in the UK, where he recently featured Ed Sheeran as a special guest during his concert. The duo performed Ed’s hit song “Perfect” together, and fan videos quickly went viral. Arijit also shared photos from the concert, posting, “#london, thank you for showing up in such a magnificent way last night. Love & Gratitude #arijitsinghlive. Thank you @teddysphotos for the #perfect moment.” Fans reacted enthusiastically to his post, with one writing, “Best collabs for us! Now we can die peacefully.” Another commented, “Unexpected collaboration!!! Arijit Dada.”
During his trip to India, Ed Sheeran met several Bollywood stars like Shah Rukh Khan and Ayushmann Khurrana. Additionally, he made a guest appearance on Kapil Sharma‘s talk show, joining host Gaurav Kapoor and cricketer Rohit Sharma.
